Based in Oak Harbor, Washington, we are willing to assist the legal profession, public agencies and the general public with the highest levels of expertise, competence and service. Frank Vanecek is a Principal/Founder of Full Spectrum Investigations and Consulting. Mr. Vanecek has over 35 years of law enforcement and investigative experience working with and for multiple city, county, state and federal law enforcement agencies, in California, Colorado and New York. Mr. Vanecek has expertise in a large number of law enforcement, investigative and forensic areas and has focused primarily on serving as an Expert Witness services since January of 2022.
